Anyone linked to Hapoel knows Bebars is a great talent, some compare him to Barca's Andreas Iniesta. Growing up in Hapoel, Natcho has a great technique, speed and is a great talent. Natcho made his debut in the first squad in 2006/07 against Maccabi Netanya, he also made 7 international appearances in the youth team scoring 2 goals. The season of 2007/08 is suppose to be his break year.
