Hapoel Tel Aviv players got back on the winning track, after they finishing their last 2 games in a draw.

Hapoel managed to defeat Sport Club Ashdod by the score of 4-0 and kept the 2nd position in the Israeli Premier League.

Atacking mid-fielder Eran Zehavi opened the scoreline with a great goal in the 11th minute. 3 minutes later it was striker Itay Shechter who doubled the score after a great run.

In the second half Hapoel Tel Aviv players kept on pushing towards the rivals goal and managed to score another 2 goals.

Itay Shechter(55th minute) scored his 2nd of the game after an amaizing assist from Maharan Lala and left winger Deddy Ben Dayan (64th minute) scored after a corner kick.

Hapoel Tel Aviv manager, Eli Gutman was proud of his players at the end of the match and said:" We played our game, scored 4 goals and we could of even scored more. We didn't give up on the championship and although Maccabi Haifa have an advantage in the table we still have a chance."
