Israeli Champions and Cup Holders, Hapoel Tel Aviv FC, will play FK Željezničar located in Sarajevo, Bosnia. The first leg will be played at Bloomfield on July 13/14 and the teams will meet in Bosnia a week later for the 2nd leg.

Itay Shecther commented on the draw: we didn't expect any easy games in a competetion with champions from all over Europe. Last season we had tough opponents in the Europa League but we managed to overcome them and made a good result, reaching the last 32 in the competition, our goal is to do the same and reach as high as we can in the Champions league.
