Being an active player until the age of 29, fitness coach Ron Tsiblin played for Hapoel Hadera, Hapoel Givat Haim and Hapoel Netanya as a striker. After his retirement he began to work as a fitness coach for Maccabi Herzliya where he spent 2 years and then moved to Hapoel Tel Aviv for a year. Tsiblin moved to the city rival of Maccabi, coaching there for 5 years, until he moved again to Maccabi and Hapoel from Haifa for a season each. Finishing in Haifa Tsiblin moved to Beitar Jerusalem for 2 seasons, he came back to Hapoel TA for 5 straight years, another year in Maccabi TA, and eventually returning to coach red for Hapoel TA in the last 3 years.
